ضياع أداة لتتبّع الأهداف والعادات. ليست خدمة طبية ولا نفسية، ولا تُغني عن استشارة مختص. إن كنت تمرّ بضائقة، تواصل مع جهة مختصة أو مع الطوارئ فوراً.
١. قبولك للشروط
باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، لا تستخدمه.
٢. الحساب
تحتاج حساباً للدخول، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على وصولك إليه. يمكنك حذفه في أي وقت.
٣. الاشتراك

- الاشتراك يتجدّد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغِه قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة.
- تُدير اشتراكك وتُلغيه من إعدادات جهازك ← الاشتراكات، لا من داخل التطبيق.
- الاسترجاع يخضع لسياسة متجر التطبيقات، وتُقدَّم طلباته إليه مباشرةً.
٤. ما هي الخدمة
ضياع يساعدك على تحديد هدف وتحويله إلى خطة وقائمة يومية ومتابعة استمرارك عليها. لا يقدّم استشارة مهنية ولا يَعِد بنتيجة بعينها؛ قراراتك تبقى قراراتك.
٥. استخدام مقبول
لا تستخدم التطبيق لغرض مخالف للأنظمة، ولا تحاول الوصول إلى حسابات غيرك، ولا تُعِد بيع الخدمة.
٦. الملكية
التطبيق ومحتواه وتصميمه ملك لنا. ما تكتبه أنت يبقى ملكك، كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية.
٧. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمان عملها بلا انقطاع أو خطأ، وفي حدود ما يسمح به النظام لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن الاستخدام.
٨. إيقاف الخدمة
قد نوقف حساباً يخالف هذه الشروط، ويمكنك إيقاف استخدامك في أي وقت.
٩. النظام الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
١٠. تغييرات على الشروط
إن تغيّرت، سنحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة ونُشعر بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق.

Dayaa is a goal and habit tracking tool. It is not a medical or psychological service and is not a substitute for professional care.
1. Acceptance
Using the app means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Your account
An account is required to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to it, and you may delete it at any time.
3. Subscription
- Monthly: SAR 19.99 / month. Annual: SAR 199.99 / year with a 7-day free trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your device Settings → Subscriptions, not inside the app.
- Refunds are governed by the app store's policy and are requested from it directly.
4. The service
Dayaa helps you set a goal, turn it into a plan and a daily checklist, and track your consistency. It gives no professional advice and promises no particular outcome.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, access other people's accounts, or resell the service.
6. Ownership
The app and its design belong to us. What you write remains yours — see the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and you may stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
10. Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
